Wellcare paramedical academy Fees must be paid within 15 days of Invoice date.
The Principal reserves the right to refuse or allow a student to either commence a new term, or to remain at the Wellcare Paramedical Academy while any fees or charges remain unpaid.
5 days after the due date of invoice, any Wellcare paramedical academy fees remaining unpaid will receive a friendly reminder email.
30 days after the due date of invoice, any Fees outstanding will receive a letter and/or email from the Wellcare paramedical academy director asking for immediate payment of fees outstanding.
3. After 60 days, any Fees outstanding will receive a letter and/or email from the Wellcare Paramedical Academy Principal inviting the parents to a meeting with to discuss student’s ongoing enrolment at the Academy. Discussions should occur with parents/guardian as to how they plan to pay the fees outstanding before the next fee instalment is billed (in 30 days).
After 90 days, outstanding and subject to Principal review and discussions with the parents/guardian the student may be excluded from attending a new term at Academy. At the same time a letter should be sent from the Academy Solicitor or Debt Collector requesting immediate payment of fees outstanding or legal action may occur and their future credit rating may be affected.
All debts outstanding over 90 days will be reviewed each fortnight by the Principal.
The Wellcare Paramedical Academy Board (Finance sub-committee) in conjunction with Principal or Director will review at each meeting (no names) the outstanding debts with two or more instalments overdue and determine whether or not the student is excluded from attending Academy until fees are resolved.
