(1) A student’s name will be registered following payment of an Application Fee.
(2) Application is a pre-requisite for admission, however it does not guarantee admission to the Wellcare paramedical academy.
(3) The Enrolment Fee is payable when accepting an Offer of Enrolment.
(4) The Application and Enrolment Fees are non-refundable.
(5) The Application and Enrolment Fee plus applicable Tuition Fees for the first year must be paid prior to your child commencing at Wellcare Paramedical Academy.
(6) The person/s signing the Application for Admission and Offer of Enrolment is/are completing an agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Wellcare Paramedical Academy.
(7) Payment Terms and Conditions once enrolled as a student at Wellcare paramedical academy
(8) Fees are invoiced and payable with 4 instalments in advance prior the term.
(9) The fees and charges are subject to annual review.
(10) All communications relating to enrolment and fee payments will be directed to the signatories on the Application for Admission, otherwise requested.
Initial fees and charges may be paid by direct debit, cash (at any bank) or credit card (surcharge applies).
The Principal reserves the right to refuse or allow a student to either commence a new
term, or to remain at the Wellcare paramedical academy while any fees or charges remain unpaid.
An accepted Offer of Enrolment may be deferred for entry in a later year by payment of a holding fee.
If an enrolled student does not take up a confirmed place at the pre-arranged date a holding fee of 30% of one year’s tuition fees is payable, which is non-refundable and not offset against future tuition fees.
